Tidy studio = tidy mind

We were blown away by the overwhelming response to Simion’s recent column about coping with anxiety, featured in Reclaim Magazine. So much so that he decided to contact his friend Anna White from www.wellnesswithanna.co.uk - a holistic health coach based in Manchester - to help him draw up a list of things that can help make a positive mental change and boost creativity. One thing Anna spoke about was the importance of keeping your home and work space clean and tidy.

So now that we’re into another new year that feels far from normal, alongside working on your beautiful chairs this month Simion has also been spending some time getting the Reloved Works studio tidy and organised for the year ahead. Organising the chaos of the workshop following a super busy Christmas period will really help Simion work even more efficiently, effectively and happily in 2021.

If you’d like to read more tips from Anna and discover a holistic approach to your looking after your health, pick up issue 55 of Reclaim magazine or download your digital copy from Pocket Mags.

We all make resolutions in the New Year and many tend to be too unrealistic to stick, but we think that some small, simple changes focused on taking better care of yourself should be the priority for 2021.

Are you using January as a reset? Or dare we ask, has anyone made any resolutions of their own?
